  1. Obviously this post is a little old now but though I would add that I have had a similar experience with extremely poor customer service from 7digital.

  2. As one can see above, it took 7Digital a few minutes to find my rather unflattering blog entry and to promise a prompt response (they also responded to the corresponding tweet!). I was indeed contacted by customer support shortly thereafter with the obligatory apology for the delay and a promise to look into matters.

    While I appreciate that I was being contacted (really, I mean it, thank you!), I would still like to point to the interesting fact that a customer who chooses a public forum to raise an issue will be prioritized over those who follow the proper path of submitting requests per email and in private.

    As it stands, we are currently trying to figure out what my particular issue seems to be. I am confident that this will be resolved soon!
