New York makes it possible: a hip pizza place! Modern, brick wall-exposed interior combined with traditional food and a very hip crowd. The pizza list isn’t really long (4 or 5 options maybe) but good! The sizes are rather un-American and actually made for humans not competing in the ‘who can stretch their stomach beyond twice the size of its natural limits’ contest. And if you’re really that hungry, then eat the breadbasket (well the bread, that is) that comes with it – including olive oil and chopped up butter.
